Our commitment

Autodeal prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). A child is anyone under 18. These rules apply to activity and content across our service, including posts, profiles, pages, groups, and messages.

Prohibited content and conduct

• Creating, uploading, sharing, requesting, or promoting CSAM, including sexualized images or videos of children.
• Grooming, sexual solicitation, sextortion, trafficking, or any attempt to exploit a child.
• Links, accounts, or instructions intended to facilitate these activities or evade safety measures.

How to report a concern

In the Autodeal app or on the website, open the menu on the relevant post, profile, or page, select Report, choose Child sexual abuse or exploitation, and describe the concern. If the concern is a private message, report the sender’s profile and include relevant details. You can also report other harmful content through the same menu.

Do not download, forward, or attach suspected CSAM to a report. Provide a link or account details instead. If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services or law enforcement.

Our response

We review child-safety reports and take appropriate action, which may include removing content and restricting or disabling accounts. We preserve and report information to relevant authorities or child-protection organizations where required by applicable law. We cooperate with lawful investigations and comply with applicable child-safety laws and regulations.
